Who is on stage

A nurse who went looking for what the hospital could not explain.

Krystine St-Laurent spent ten years in critical care before turning to Ayurveda, the oldest living system of health. She has taught it, written about it and lived it since 1989, always with the same question: what does the body already know that we have stopped hearing?

Her Ayurveda trilogy is published by Éditions de l'Homme. Quebec audiences know her from three seasons of Santé la Vie on television, from Salut Bonjour and from her podcast Au-delà des tendances. On stage she is direct, warm and precise, and people leave with something to do the next morning.

What organizers say

The room listens differently.

Krystine has a rare voice. She knows, she has seen, and she can name what the room never dared to say. Our event was not the same after she walked off stage.

Producer · Festival Mondial

HR Director · Quebec company
